I wonder what would happen if some girl showed up at my work with a sign like that. Hmm….

so today, my brother texts me because he is having relationship problems with his gf. it was weird because he never asks me for help with this kind of stuff, but i told him i would call him later to talk about it.
before i call him, his gf texts me that she wants to surprise him with tickets to avicii at the warfield and asks if i want to go. OF COURSE I AM GOING. so, i told her to get the tix and we would plan everything else later.
originally i didn’t really know what i would say to my brother, but when i called him, i made sure he knew that he had to work things out with her. and i tried to make her sound hella good without telling him about the tickets. if they broke up, none of us would get to see avicii. yes, i am selfish, i know. reconciliation mode commences!
any girl who is willing to surprise her boyfriend with tickets to avicii is a fuckin’ keeper.
anyways, just wanted to share a cool story from my day. :D

“partied like i was 21, woke up feeling like i was 31.” LOL i need to follow that mindset too.

Is it just me, or have more people been strongly voicing their opinion about politics lately? Even people who have no previous knowledge of political issues just take the jargon and rhetoric they hear from someone else, and regurgitate it to sound like the know what the fuck they are saying.
Class warfare? Socialism? Main St.? Millionaires and Billionaires? Come on, talk to me like a normal person.
Honestly, I believe people are just using politics as an excuse for their own shortcomings. Why do we care about something we have no control over? Why not focus on something you do have control over?
“I’m poor and unemployed because Obama is putting the economy down the toilet” - No, you are unemployed because your dumbass didn’t get an education or aren’t out there applying (if you are having trouble finding a job, hit me up, i know a recruiter). You aren’t poor because of government taxes and regulations, YO ASS POOR BECAUSE YOU SPENT ALL YOUR MONEY ON AN IPHONE AND OVERPRICED SUNGLASSES WITH YOUR MINIMUM WAGE JOB.
Stock markets are not too far off their recession levels and big companies have plenty of job listings. Unemployment is still high, but that is mostly for blue collar jobs.
Stop putting the blame on others. Politicians are so easy to blame, but they are doing the same things they were doing in the past. Get large donations, campaign for votes, and let me the fuck alone. So why starting blaming them now?
***Sorry if this post was too harsh and over generalized. Just take it with a grain of salt :) Also, excuse my crappy writing.
Hahah had to reblog this.. its true! Except the 2nd most asked question I get usually is, who is older or can you guys feel each others pain? lol
The question I always get asked is: Have you and your twin ever switched places? Yes we have :)

I keep thinking of good things to talk about on my tumblr, but I never remember to put them up. Here’s quick snippet of thoughts running through my head right now…
1) All of the congressmen who are telling Anthony Weiner to resign and not supporting him are hypocrites. I bet half of them would send a dick pic over twitter too if they were flirting with some hot college girl.
2) Giants fan, quit bitching and complaining about Buster Posey’s injury. That was a completely legal, but unfortunate, hit. Come on, death threats to Scott Cousins?! He was nothing but apologetic to Posey since the millisecond after he got injured.
3) I wish my friends and supporters loved me enough to change historical facts so that I didn’t have to admit I don’t know certain answers. My high school and college GPA would definitely be higher with that kind of support. I guess people love former Alaskan governors more than me :(
4) In one day at my new job, I have met more people I respect and found more motivation than the previous 8 months at my old job. Also, I spent more time working away from my desk in one day than 8 months at ASUS.
… lots of ideas, so little time. And, I am thinking about changing this blog to be geared towards sports topics. My pledge parents’ superior blogging skills motivates me to make my tumblr into something more meaningful too. Let’s see if I actually make it happen. That’s all for now.
